Position Overview:

As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of our office. This role requires someone who is not only proficient in computer skills and typing but also possesses excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with colleagues, clients, and vendors. Additionally, light housekeeping duties will be part of the responsibilities to ensure a clean and organized workspace. The Office Manager will also handle preparing deposits, managing correspondence, and assisting with accounts payable tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
  • Perform general office duties including answering phones, managing emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment through light housekeeping duties.
  • Prepare bank deposits and reconcile discrepancies as needed.
  • Handle correspondence, including drafting letters and responding to inquiries.
  • Assist in accounts payable tasks such as processing invoices and maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.


  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably as an Office Manager or similar position.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
